Performance Furnace Tune-Up

  • Test for carbon monoxide leaks
  • Clean burner assembly
  • Clean ignition assembly
  • Clean blower motor
  • Inspect filtration system

  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Check flue draft
  • Check combustion

Performance Air Conditioner Tune-Up

  • Clean condenser coil
  • Inspect evaporator coil if accessible
  • Clean condensate drain
  • Clean blower motor

Performance Air Handler Tune-Up

  • Inspect evaporator coil

Performace Boiler Tune-Up

  • Turn on the thermostat to make sure the boiler turns on
  • Inspect the thermostat (clean or adjust if necessary)
  • Inspect the flue pipe (make sure there is no rust or holes)
  • Inspect the heat exchanger
  • Inspect and oil the circulation pump
  • Measure the amp draw on the pump
  • Check the water temperature gauge
  • Drain the expansion tank
  • Check the coupler assembly
  • Inspect the circuit board and wiring for any burn marks and/or corrosion
  • Clean burner assembly
  • Clean pilot assembly
  • Replace thermocouple if needed (this is an extra charge)
  • Pull and clean the flame sensor
  • Inspect the hot surface ignition for wear and tear
  • Check the gas pressure and adjust if necessary
  • Inspect the pressure relief valve
  • Inspect the pressure reducing valve (make sure the water supply is on)
  • Check the line voltage for proper value
  • Check the low voltage for proper value
